Shipping Policy

All in-stock items ship from our facility within 1-3 business days of an order being placed. However, some orders and items may take longer to process. Added Time Outfitters only ships orders on business days; orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays typically ship within 1-3 days of the nearest business day.

Those placing orders with domestic shipping destinations, which Added Time Outfitters defines as a final address within the 50 United States, might be able to select from two shipping options:

  • Free USPS Standard Shipping: Orders containing only wristbands and/or stickers can ship completely free-of-charge on standard U.S. Postal Service (USPS) carrier service. These orders should be expected to arrive at their domestic destination within 10-15 business days from shipment confirmation and DO NOT OFFER TRACKING. Orders with multiple items utilizing Free USPS Standard Shipping may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on or arrive on the same day.
  • USPS First Class Shipping: Available for all item types and mandatory for items other than wristbands and stickers, Added Time Outfitters offers USPS First Class Shipping for domestic orders for a late rate of just $5.00 per order. All USPS First Class Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days from shipment confirmation and include free tracking. Orders with multiple items utilizing USPS First Class Shipping should ship in one shipment, though they may be split across multiple shipments if an item is out-of-stock or on backorder.

Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or on backorder. Customers will be alerted to stock availability prior to purchase, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment.

Orders Outside of the United States

Added Time Outfitters does ship internationally to destinations outside of the United States. However, all customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the ordering customer. Added Time Outfitters charges a standard one of two standard flat-rate shipping fees for all orders with destinations outside of the United States:

  • Orders Containing Only Wristbands and/or Stickers: Added Time Outfitters charges a flat-rate $5.00 for all orders with international destinations outside of the United States so long as that order only contains wristbands and/or stickers.
  • Orders Containing Items Other than Wristbands and/or Stickers: For orders containing apparel, hats, or items other than wristbands or stickers will see an additional $5.00 flat-rate charge added to the standard $5.00 international order fee, bringing the total shipping charge to $10.00.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Added Time Outfitters has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customers should contact their local customs office for further details.

Order shipments should be expected to arrive within 1-3 weeks from shipment confirmation.

For orders where customs clearance procedures are required, it can delay arrival beyond our original delivery estimates.

Return Policy

Purchased items are eligible for return policy up to 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition. If an item has had its tags removed, has sustained damage by the customer, and/or are deemed to have been worn, it will be ineligible for return.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, and/or reduced-price items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return conditions are met, then a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment for the original purchase price plus taxes. Most orders will be processed within 30 days of return receipt. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
