Rep the City of Brotherly Love with our ode to one of Philly’s most epic victories.

MATCH STORY

The Jim Curtin era in Philadelphia has seen the club rise to new heights, and one of the most memorable wins of his reign came in June of 2019. Hosting nearby rivals New York, Philly found themselves in a two-goal hole in the first half following goals for Energy Drink FC in the 29th and 42nd minutes. But the match would be turned on its head when Ilsinho entered the match eight minutes after half. The midfielder first set up teammate Jamiro Montiero on the hour mark before notching a goal of his own just a minute later. Eleven minutes later, the Brazilian pounced on a spilled penalty kick save by Luis Robles, adding a second goal and almost single-handedly reversing the result.

DESIGN STORY

The wristband’s match side depicts the Commodore Barry Bridge that stretches across the Delaware River directly adjacent to the stadium in Chester. The reverse features a scaley design that pays homage to the serpent that adorns Philadelphia’s crest.
