Seattle invented American sides winning the Concacaf Champions League and now you can wear it on your wrist.

MATCH STORY

Though other American and Canadian sides had reached the tournament’s two-legged final, none had been capable of lifting Concacaf’s revamped club championship. And even as one of the pre-tournament favorites in 2022, Seattle likely knew that history was still stacked against them. But they defied the odds, going undefeated throughout while knocking out the likes of Honduras’ Motagua, Mexico’s León, and fellow Americans New York City to reach the final. There they would meet a Pumas side that were playing in their fifth final in six seasons. And after clawing back from 0-2 down to draw in the final moments of the first leg in Mexico City, a resounding 3-0 win at Lumen Field in the second was enough to make them the first champions from the American top-flight since the year 2000.

DESIGN STORY

The wristband’s match side is inspired by Seattle’s kits when they lifted the Champions League cup with the goals notated by the city’s iconic Space Needle. On the reverse, a series of orca — which formerly graced the crest of the Cascadian club — break the waves of the Puget Sound that shape the region.
